Shipping & Returns

The Returns Policy below applies only to Online Retail Customers who have purchased from https://www.seafloraskincare.com/


If you are a Retail Customer who purchased a Seaflora product from a website or physical business location that is not https://www.seafloraskincare.com/, please contact the business or website from which you purchased the product. Each business and website has their own return policy.


If you are a Seaflora Business Partner (a business with existing & active wholesale account privileges) with questions about returning products you ordered from Seaflora, please review the current Terms & Conditions document available to you by logging into your wholesale account on https://wholesale.seafloraskincare.com/account/ .

To request a return:


Email [email protected] with your Order Number and the name of the product(s) you wish to return. Your Order Number can be found in your Order Confirmation Email.


Please note: the costs associated with your returned Seaflora product(s) are your responsibility, unless Seaflora shipped you a product that was different from the product you ordered on https://www.seafloraskincare.com/. Seaflora is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of shipment of return package(s) while in-transit. Obtaining tracking information for your return package is highly recommended.


Seaflora reserves the right to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. We monitor all return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused. Seaflora reserves the right to refuse or deny a return request or refund at any time at our sole discretion.


Seaflora is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. Lost, damaged or stolen packages received by a forwarding company is the responsibility of the forwarding company, please contact them directly.


We do not accept international returns except those purchased from https://www.seafloraskincare.com/ and shipped to EU countries within 14 days from the shipments arrival. Kits, sets, bundles or duos are only eligible for return if all of the pieces of the kit, set, bundle or duo are included in the return.


Seaflora will accept any full-sized product for a return as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase.
